being indian and not getting money

It is weird not getting free money when everyone says do you get free money for being Indian. The main reason i don't get Indian money is because my dad wont send me the paper work and i need his verification on it witch he wont give me.I'm also lazy and not sure how it all works. I have tried online, on a couple websites but there to confusing and need information im not able to get.

    TAN AND O SO INDIAN... HAHA funny, Dom you just have to try harder,that's if you want that free money. You just have to tell your dad to help his son out. Or go really extreme and drive to Florida and go get it your self,HAHA. Or another thing you could do is go to the casino more and try to win the money that the Indians wont give you. Just keep trying you will find a way to get the money.

    yea that sucks I have a friend who is Indian and he get the money. but bother on one hand he is also half Indian and can get money too but don't know how to prove it because we where adopted
